Tomo and The Lost Artifact (Warning: lots of text ahead!)

Right. I have something I want to talk about.

Let us, for the moment, assume that Tomo Winogradski does exist. Otherwise, he obviously doesn't.

I'm not clear on why he was exiled, frankly. But I do know that it was by choice....his choice. I don't know about how long he's had the idea up his noggin, but my father got angry at him about something and I guess that was the last straw for Tomo or something stupid like that.

I realize I'm not giving specifics...that's because I also don't know the whole story.

But this is what I know so far:
Tomo is one of my father's favourite pawns to play. He might even be his actual favourite. I heard him say a couple of times that Tomo is more of a Czartoryska than a Winogradski (maybe in comparison to Tama?). On one such occasions that my father sent Tomo to run errands for him, he failed and thus my father became angry.

(I'm not sure how much is the truth from here on) My dad sent Tomo to Saturn to meet with the Queen (Queen Hayshi). There, she gives him something (some sort of precious artifact) and Tomo was to immediately return to Venus to hand it to our King. But shit happens and he somehow lost it. He was dawdling too much, I guess....if it were me I'd have done it quicker than you could say quick. But unfortunately, this task was handed to an idiot of his caliber.
Tomo returns to Venus and this is where my dad fumes in anger and thus, "The Big Argument" was formed (That's what they called it in the streets). It was really bad timing that Tomo had to say that he wanted out of the whole royal family hoopla, making "The Big Argument" into "The Expulsion" (How it is now popularly called in the streets).
After that, without permission of any sorts from any authority, Tomo fled from Venus to Aphrodite knows where in search of The (now) Lost Artifact. Soon after, Tama followed (also without permission), because.............I don't really know. No one knows or talks about "What Happened to Tama in Tholus" (RANDOM FACT: "What Happened to Tama of Tholus" is a famous phrase in Venus)

From what I heard, The Lost Artifact was last cited with a Diamond, but it is now lost once more. I asked Tama about it and he said it's true that it's not with the said Diamond anymore. I don't know what the artifact looks like, or what it does....but it is apparently very wanted. And still lost.

There are a lot of opposing views about this artifact. Our family claims that the artifact rightly belongs to Venus, but a certain family claims that it belongs to their blood since it was given to them by a certain someone, which was the original owner of the artifact.

In fact, there's this famous conspiracy theory that the Artifact was originally with a Martian Family, and the Valentine family (of Saturn) used the Martian-Saturnian union as an excuse to steal the artifact (which was why it was with Queen Hayshi), so they could give it to Venus (Apparently Venus and Saturn has a secret alliance). Besides that, there is an unpopular "The Vanished Gem" story in Mars and it could be that The Vanished Gem and The Lost Artifact are the one and the same...... Or they could be different stories. Besides, Mars' "Vanished Gem" hasn't been seen for a very very long time already, and Venus' "Lost Artifact" went missing only 5 years ago. And I don't even know if the Artifact in question is a Gem. And you can't even take Mars' "The Vanished Gem" on a literal level, because it could very well be a surname.

But this is kind of an old conspiracy story made by paranoid people. The Valentine family denied all accusations a long time ago and no concrete proof was found. The Gold family, as well as most of the nobles in Mars, also found the story ridiculous. As for Venus, and as the princess representative of Venus, I'll be the one to say that there is no such secret alliance between Venus and Saturn. Also, The Lost Artifact is still, well, LOST.....so the Venusian Royal Family generally found it ridiculous to dive into stupid stories instead of just focusing on looking for the artifact.


But I still don't know the whole story, and I realize this is not anymore about Tomo and why the family treats him like he doesn't exist. (It's mostly because of shame and annoyance and envy and betrayal with my other relatives (But I'm just frankly annoyed).

The House C Crest

Dale and I were joking in the courtyard about crests. Like, why aren't there any crests for the houses, right? Soooooooo..... I made one. Out of boredom, because....it seems cool. And to motivate my housemates...or, you know...so we'd at least feel like we've accomplished something hahahaha. It's cute, though, isn't it?

I changed my blog's design. Lovin' it. Know what else I love? EATING! damn, nothing can equal the pleasure of chewing something yummy. yum yum yum yum yum delicious.

I'd like to experience flying someday.

Six and Seven

So I'm going to talk about the blog themes six and seven. Killing two birds with one blog. :]

So as a future Queen, honestly, I think I might not give much care. I haven't even given thought to it. My fiance is very very serious is being King, so he might influence me to be like that. But I'm really not that sure. I think I might not care for the most part.

My preferred body type....well, I literally lust over broad shoulders and a nicely angled neck. If I had to cite anyone, I guess Lei. Yeah, not overly macho. I mean, I might seem like it, but I don't really go for the macho type, you know? But why not? As long as the dude has broad shoulders and nice neck, I'd jump him.

Now as for my body... I love it! I'm sexy and curvaceous! Plus, I smell good since I'm a plant! Although, I would like to be taller. Other than that, I'm good. :]

Oh, I was ten years old. That, I think, was the year I met Sam.

I actually became super ignorant and oblivious during that time, and I might've caused a lot of problems to Venus, but it was the best year of my life so far. I don't think anything can change that. That was also the time a certain someone ran away to Earth, I think?

Hm. We were all kind of distracted that year, huh?

Antony and Cleopatra Casting

Mark Antony - Mai Yuxiu (Business partner of Triumvirate co.)

Cleopatra (pleasure) - Cain .O (King of rock)

Octavius Caesar (duty)  - Lil Czartoryska (Business partner of triumvirate co.)

Lepidus (balance-maker) - Kassandra Speller (Business partner of triumvirate co.)

Sextus Pompeius (the smart enemy) - Saki Valentine (Son/daughter of the director of Parthia co.)

Setting:
Triumvirate = Company run by Antony, Octavius and Lepidus
Egypt = Music industry/some big media-related place
Rome = the city or Antony's hometown
Parthia = Enemy company


I don't think any of us knows the story of Antony and Cleopatra that much, so here's summary by Acts. Just think of this modernly as you read it. Think men (or women) in suits. Money, business, responsibilities to the company. Think guns and chase scenes and whores and murder plots and business bankruptcy. Companies eating companies. But I'm not so sure what the fuck the companies do exactly. Ideas anyone? Oh, and should we keep the character's gender or should we change the genders ---like what I've done?

Act 1:
So, Antony's part of this Triumvirate, a group of three ruling over Rome. Triumvirate consists of Antony, Octavius and Lepidus. So, Antony starts forgetting about his duties in Rome and just drowns in his pleasures in Egypt with Cleopatra... And soon, Antony and Cleopatra becomes the "celebrity couple" of the known world. They are like this for a while until Antony hears news about his wife and brother starting war with Octavius. He ignores this at first, but later, more bad news comes. His wife has died, his brother lost their war with Octavius, and Pompey is beginning to make his move on Rome. So he decides to go back.

Act 2:
When Antony returns, Octavius tells him to make amends by marrying off his sister Octavia to him. Cleopatra takes the news badly and starts abusing her attendants. The Triumvirate goes to dinner with Pompey, to try to make peace with him. Antony's presence was enough to scare Pompey to submission. Menas offers to murder the three, but Pompey told him not to because he's a good fella'.

Act 3:
Antony and Octavia move to Athens, while Cleopatra, in Egypt, refuses to give up with her love for Antony. Some time passes and Octavius makes war with Pompey without Antony or Lepidus' consent. He talks rubbish about Antony, destroying his reputation, and preparing for war against him. Antony sends Octavia to try and talk him to stop, but it's too late. Octavius sends Lepidus to prison while Antony flees to Egypt and makes love and bastard children with Cleopatra like there's no tomorrow. Octavius is angered by the betrayal against his sister and prepares for war.

The war is quite rapid in land, and Antony stalls before running to the sea with Cleopatra. Octavius defeats the two, and Cleopatra panics and flees with all her ship. Antony leaves his men to follow Cleopatra, much to the disgust of his men. Enobarbus remains loyal.

Antony's and angry at Cleopatra turns to feasting, pretending like they've won the war.

Act 4:

Antony becomes irrational and anxious. Enobarbus becomes hopeless and joined Octavius, but he recieves a "parting gift" from Antony and starts to feel guilty and then he kills himself. All of Antony's men abandon him and he's convinced that Cleopatra has, too. Frightened, Cleopatra shuts herself in her castle and pretends that she's dead, sending the word to Antony. Antony is saddened and then kills himself with the sword. Cleopatra hears this and took his body.

Act 5:

Octavius is moved to tears when he sees Antony's blood-covered sword. He sends his men to get Cleopatra, so that he can parade her in Rome. She learns about this and kills herself with poisoned snakes before Octavius could parade her. Octavius has them buried together with a funeral service, and then becomes the first Roman Emperor.

This should be interesting...

The story is overall easy enough to follow, and our synopsis is short. How lucky! :D But we're lacking boys, so that'll be a problem. Anyway, here are the characters for Antony and Cleopee. Try outs are on the House C Lounge! see ya there:

AND OY! House C! WE ARE LEADING. House C holds The Cup! Don't let it go to waste. We have really strong women and able men. If we come together, we'll be able to win this thing blindfolded. From my point of view, our biggest threat is House A. The other two houses are not as united. So, who do we kill? Who will the Roman Triumvirate and the land of Egypt send their armies to? That's right---Macbeth. We will make him fall! HUZAAAHH!!!

Now, the blog theme.

From what I've observed, the person I chose is quite----what's the word?----popular? In fact, he/she is exactly the kind of person I'd be interested in, or, if the mood strikes, I could even choose to attack him/her. Maybe the reason I haven't is because I know that this person is already interested in someone in a semi-serious way (although I'm not so clear on it).

In terms of attitude, I can't say he/she is that nice. I mean, niceness is definitely overpowering the evilness inside this person...but that doesn't necessarily mean he/she is good. Most of the time, he/she is pretty quiet. And quiet doesn't really mean nice or kind or good. And plus, I get the vibe that this person isn't letting people in his/her life, you know what I'm saying?

It's like, he/she is only good to people he deems worthy of his/her niceness. Otherwise, he/she's all bitchy. Safe to say, I don't quite like this person. Otherwise, I'd had already made a move. hahah

Let's see....what made me fall for him?
I guess it was the wandering spirit within him. He liked adventures more than anything. He loved to fly. He loved fixing up some mechanical monster and pilot it through the skies of whatever planet. He was well-mannered, but he kept to himself. From the outside, he was just another good-natured quiet boy.

Another little quirky thing I liked about him was that he never went against the ruled. It's not because it's what he wants or because it was the right thing to do... but because it was what he promised to himself. Although, he was very fond of bending the rules. Yeah, he had a strong hold on his principles. I really loved that about him.

Actually, Jan Jan reminded me of him because he is also the "exploring" type. But his principles are utterly weak. Kind of a let-down. Hahah!

Uh. I love being a Venusian, I mean hello. I'm a rose, that's like the best breed of cool.
But I guess if I had to choose I'd be... uhm...Shit. I don't know. I've no idea. Hmmmm.... Really, I don't know. "fairy" comes to mind, but I don't want to be a Neptunian. There's something about Neptune that creeps the living fuck out of me.

Next thing in mine is Pluto. Just because I can imagine myself as a winter plant. Hahahaaaa. And plus, it's so hot in Venus. If I'd be anything else, I'd like to be somewhere cold.

Alcohol is a must

i'm average. maybe a bit above. we have a lot of grapevines running wild everywhere in Venus. And I attend a lot of balls. Alcohol is a must.

Moving along. So, yeah. I am indeed the House C prefect. I'm rooming with Kassandra, which makes her second in control, I guess? I don't know. Anyway, we were talking about house mascots yesterday at the lounge. We all agreed on Crickets, since the theme is "insects". So our house colour is green. Ugh, another year of green. What with all the stems and grass and leaves in Venus, I sometimes wonder why green is my favourite colour. :-s which reminds me.... I've not breathed in Venusian air for over a year, now. Stupid studies and stupid exiling thingy. >:-p

Going back to the main topic at hand, CRICKETS! I've done my research and this is probably what out house mascot would look like:

There's also the very famous Mr. Giminey :-)...which makes me think about conscience. Hmmm... maybe we could mold that into something useful, eh?

 Yes... they all look rather charming and cutesy in cartoon version. But the real thing is quite the ugly beast. It's a real head turner.

In other news, I have joined that "Challenge Club". I'm not entirely sure what it's about, I don't know how we'll raise money during the club month.... But Remy Wyke is leading, and quite frankly, she is attracting me right now... so I wan't to see up-close what she has in stores for us. :-j

What isn't interesting? My seat. I'm seated beside Mr. Lanfan of the Jin clan, who is seated by a certain Kino. It gets rather annoying somewhere along the moment sit and the moment I leave the seat. Which is....every freaking second of classes, I guess.
Zonvelf is just across from me, but he's...not responsive. His head's in the clouds and he's always laughing in this soft, whisper-like, creepy manner. I don't think I want to get involved. Right in front of me is Thorton. What a big hindrance. I hope I don't fail my classes because of him, or I'll blow his head off his neck.

stirring crazy?

Hi there.
Summer has been...mostly boring, duh.
When I got here in Vulcan, it was the Vlascenko Twins' birthday. That was a bit fun. But we didn't celebrate it until mother and Reyna came. As usual, trying to feel important, those two. Sheesh. It's not even their day. So I took a picture of the four of them, while celebrating the birthday. (from left to right: Ari, Shili, Reyna and Eri)

Other than that, I've (still) been amusing myself with the pretty little fishes in the aquarium. I left them here the last time we had a break from school. I'm glad to see the servants have not abandoned them. I think the Hephaesteans are lovers and kind people... that's really nice. :-)... BUT FUCK IT. They won't influence me to change my ways, no-uh!

YUUUOOOO AAAAARRREE

So the valentine and sports event lasted for two months... we basically did no studying and just ran around like the wild child we were. I enjoyed the house war most of all, I guess... although we didn't win... I think we came in second?? Not good enough for me. My house next school year is C, I think. Yes, I know this because I'm the next House C prefect. :] hahahahahahahha!

So, summer. Obviously, I'll be spending it in Vulcan. In fact, I'm on the way, right now. It's freaking far... It makes me feel awful to wait around. And for what? I won't be able to do much around there anyway. I'll mostly pace around, feed the fish. Just like before. How much more of this boring life? :| (emo state of the year, people!!)

I want to do something fun...

no choice

Well, I tried to go back to Venus during winter break, but they won't let me in. >:-( who do they think owns most of the planet? It turns out that my father wants me to stay in Vulcan for the breaks, as long as I'm in WCA. Hmm... Well, that's fine so I just headed towards Vulcan. But gosh! The amount of time it took to get there! It was way too far. :-|

And all I did was pace around the castle, feed the fish, watch the prince practice, and sometimes I would play with Eri and Ari. It was a boring Christmas, and the festivity was really small. I have never felt like a damsel like now. Boring~

Job I want to take up? I don't know. I've always wanted to be a detective, or a bakery owner. One of the two... Or maybe an accountant? But really I have no choice in career (or love, apparently).
